Over the years, it has been the usual practice for the Akarmak sales and service team to fly around the world to meet its customers, or service the products and services they purchase from Akarmak.
The year 2020 was a real opportunity to test many companies’ strength in terms of selling ability of their products and services, their brand power, as well as servicing their customers. Akarmak has managed to pass this hard test while continuing to sell its products and services remotely and service its customers. While the Akarmak Sales Team was in continuous contact with our customers for their immediate needs from our offices or from their homes, the Service and Automation Team managed to carry on remote installations and services. The installation and servicing aspects of Akarmak products, together with the ability to connect our machinery remotely via internet, allowed our team to carry on remote installations and servicing. During the non-travel Covid times, Akarmak successfully installed its products in Canada, Ecuador, Indonesia, Lithuania, Slovenia and Iraq remotely. After sharing comprehensive installations and training materials with our customers, Akarmak engineers provided online live training and remotely supervised the installation works completed by our customers’ technicians and their local resources.
During the pandemic Akarmak never failed to respond to customers calls in a timely manner. With the beginning of January 2020, we have started offering maintenance service and contracts to our domestic and international customers. Please contact us for more details.
