New Product Alert! Heat Soak Test Oven
In addition to a full range of glass lamination autoclaves, Akarmak has developed a heat soak test oven to offer to its worldwide customer base. The first two orders have already been received from Akarmak customers. The ovens are available in the following standard glass sizes, with larger and longer length ovens available with a multi-chamber feature
Standard size Heat Soak Ovens (Glass Height x Length):
- 2600x5200 mm
- 2800x6000 mm
- 3300x6000 mm
- 3300x8000 mm
- 3300x12000 mm
The heat soak test is applied to tempered glass to minimize the risk of glass breaks caused by the content of nickel sulfide (NiS). During the heat soak test, the potentially high-risk glass breaks in the oven to prevent accidents after installation.
The Akarmak Heat Soak Ovens are offered with the following features:
- Electrical heating up to 300°C
- Multi-chamber function is available for larger and longer length ovens
- Compliance with EN 14179-1 European standard
- Fully automatic Siemens process control and perfect air homogeneity
- Calibration and reporting features
- Reporting feature in requested languages
- Worldwide installation and after sales service
- Remote access to PLC via internet.
