Composite Autoclave Installation Project Successfully Completed in Jordan
Akarmak has successfully completed a composite autoclave project for an organization operating in the defense industry in Jordan. As part of the project, two fully automatic composite autoclaves were designed and manufactured to meet different production requirements. One system was developed in a compact size, while the other was designed for large-scale production applications.
Technical Specifications
Both autoclaves were designed for an operating pressure of 10 bar and an operating temperature of 250 °C. The compact autoclave was manufactured with dimensions of Ø1100 × 2500 mm, while the large autoclave measures Ø2900 × 11000 mm. The systems were equipped with customized technical features in line with the customer’s control infrastructure and project requirements.
Project Scope
All stages of the project, from engineering and design to manufacturing, were managed by Akarmak. On-site mechanical and electrical installation, commissioning, process testing, and acceptance testing were carried out by the Akarmak technical team. Following the successful completion of the installation and testing processes, both autoclaves were made ready for production.
Operator Training Completed
During the final stage of the project, hands-on training was provided to the customer’s operators. The training covered the safe operation of the systems, fully automatic control functions, process management, and basic maintenance procedures. This ensured the transfer of the knowledge required for the safe, efficient, and sustainable operation of the autoclaves.
Akarmak’s Experience in International Projects
