Tire Retreading
Akarmak designs and manufactures autoclaves for the truck (TBR) and off-the-road (OTR) tire retreading industries. The autoclaves can be manufactured in different capacities and dimensions; in addition to standard models, custom-engineered solutions are also available.
Depending on the application, the heating system can be selected as direct steam, indirect steam, hot oil or electric.
Akarmak autoclaves can be manufactured in compliance with international standards such as 2014/68/EU (PED), ASME Section VIII Div. 1 and EAC and, depending on the project, can be certified by independent organizations.
TBR Tire Retreading Autoclaves
Akarmak TBR autoclaves are designed for the retreading and vulcanization processes of truck and commercial vehicle tires.
PLC-controlled automation, uniform air circulation and precise temperature-pressure control ensure that the process is carried out under controlled conditions. In addition to electric or indirect steam heating options, features such as DPC and vacuum control can also be provided.

OTR Tire Retreading Autoclaves
Akarmak OTR autoclaves are designed for the repair, retreading and vulcanization processes of off-the-road and heavy-duty tires.
Developed for large-diameter OTR tires, the systems allow temperature, pressure and air circulation to be managed in a controlled manner through the PLC. The heating system can be selected as electric, direct steam or indirect steam; options such as DPC, vacuum control and remote PLC access can be added according to the project.
